Made by viscose- based carbon fiber, roll forming for curing, with light weight and low thermal conductivity, it can further reduce heat conduction and convection losses, and reduce energy loss (Suitable for photovoltaic single crystal furnaces) .

Manufactured by special process of rolling, bonging, curing, shaping, high-temperature carbonization or graphitization. Carbon cloth, graphite foil and coating options available on surface according to requirements.

Graphite Foil

Graphite foil is made from flake graphite with high carbon content which is gone through chemical treatment, expanding under high temperature and then rolling. It is the basic material for making all kinds of composite graphite board, reinforced graphite sheets, graphite tapes, packing and sealing gaskets. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and good elasticity.

Carbon-Carbon Composite(CFC)

Carbon composite materials made by vapor deposition process using integral carbon felt and carbon fiber cloth as substrates. It is a light-weight, high-strength composite material capable of withstanding temperatures over 3000°C in many environments. Can be processed into various customized items, It can also be used as thermal insulation lining material for vacuum furnace. Applications include aerospace fields,metallurgy, chemical industry, machinery and other fields.

High purity rigid felt cylinder

High purity rigid felt cylinder is a composite rigid felt product obtained by high-temperature graphitization treatment and purification in a purification furnace. It is mainly used as high purity and low ash insulation material for the growth of silicon crystals and silicon carbide crystals thermal field. Ash content ≤20PPM.

High purity graphite soft felt

High purity graphite soft felt is a high-purity, low ash graphite felt product obtained through a special technics of purification.

RAYON-based graphite soft felt

Manufactured by viscose-based carbon fiber obtained by high-temperature graphitization treatment and purification. It is the high temperature thermal insulation material for high temperature vacuum furnace (especially for monocrystal pulling furnace).

Pan-based graphite soft felt

It is made of PAN- based carbon felt as the basic material after special high-temperature graphitization treatment. It is good for high-temperature vacuum furnace, especially for the material of solar silicon, sapphire and semiconductor. It can also be used as quality filter material under high-corrosion condition.
